Our culinary inspirations come from all around the world, but many of our influences come from the indigenous people who still live with ancient practices.
We currently work with a community group in Chiapas Mexico, assisting them in the development of community farms, community kitchens and vocational training centers.
This collaboration has allowed us to integrate ancient techniques, flavors and culture into our cooking; while encouraging artisan and infrastructure support to isolated communities who wish for a balanced community, environment and economy.
